Acceptance

By downloading or using NoteKiln you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use NoteKiln.

What NoteKiln provides

NoteKiln is an AI-powered learning notebook for personal, educational use. The app and its associated web services are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but make no guarantees about availability.

Accounts and billing

Accounts are required only for subscription access. BYOK users do not need an account. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You may not use NoteKiln to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property, or circumvent usage limits. Sharing account credentials or misrepresenting your usage to exceed subscription caps is prohibited.

Your content

You retain full ownership of everything you create in NoteKiln. Because your notes and materials remain on your machine, we have no access to them and no licence over them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteKiln's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
